Directions

Magnesium Suggested Use
Make extra magnesium a part of your daily routine to manage blood sugar, hormones and inflammation and to support detoxification and energy. Take 300-600 mg per day, mixing the powder into 8 oz. of water. If taking more than 400 mg, split into two doses. Reduce dose if loose stool occurs. (Please see this article for more about signs of magnesium deficiency.)

Magnesium Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, and avoid excess heat. Keep out of reach of children.
