Your health coach will review your symptoms and health goals, review your current supplements, and make targeted recommendations based on your case.

Who Is This For?

This session is for you if you:

• are wondering how to only take supplements that actually help you
• are feeling stuck in your health journey and want someone to take a fresh look at your case
• are wondering where to start with private health coaching

What Does the Case Review Include?

• a half-hour session with your coach to review your current supplements and symptoms (Read coach bios HERE and HERE.)
• a written protocol with recommendations for supplements and next steps based on your current needs

What Is the Timeframe?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a scheduling link and instructions for setting up your session. Please use this session within 6 months of purchase.

What about Insurance?

We are health coaches and cannot bill insurance or provide you with specific documents to submit to your insurance. (We do provide you with a transaction receipt, but these receipts are not recognized by many insurance companies.) However, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) credit card, you may be able to purchase this service on that card if coaching and testing are allowed. If you have trouble getting your HSA card to work on our site, we can send a PayPal bill instead.
