You may return any unopened or partially used items within 30 days of delivery. We recommend that you get a tracking number when you ship the item back, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item. Once we receive your item, we will be able to issue store credit (for partially used items) or a refund (for unopened items) for the price of the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
When you place an order, we will ship it to you as quickly as we can. Packages in the lower US typically arrive within 4-7 business days.
Once you place your order, you will receive automatic email updates to inform you of the status. When your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please note: once an order is placed, it will be immediately queued for shipment and we are unable to stop or edit the shipment at that point.
There is a flat rate of $8.95 shipping per package. If your order is $97 or more, we will waive this fee and you receive free shipping.
We are no longer offering direct shipping out of the US due too many lost packages and delays, but you can use the services MyUS.com or shipitto.com. (If you work with one of these shipping companies, you are responsible to make sure your country allows shipment of these supplements.) Also we can sometimes still do international lab testing, but they need to contact us.
