Loyalty Rewards FAQ
How do I sign up for the loyalty program?
Easy! If you already have a customer account with us, make sure you are logged in when you place your next order and you will automatically be rewarded points! If you don't have a customer account, click HERE and follow the instructions to create a new account.
How do I check my points?
Log in to your account at our shop, click the "Rewards" button on the left side of the screen, and your available points will be displayed at the top right hand corner of the window that pops up.
How to I redeem my points to choose my reward?
Once you're logged in (see above), click the Rewards button on the left side of your screen. Then click "Redeem." If you have enough points to earn any of the rewards, you will be able to select an option and generate a coupon code to apply to your next order.
How to I apply my rewards?
Once you're logged in (see above), click the button on the left side of the screen that says "Rewards" and scroll to the bottom of the loyalty pop up and click 'view your rewards.' Any rewards that you have already "purchased" with your points will be shown. Click 'view' and your one-time-use reward code will be displayed. To use the reward, click 'apply code,' and your reward will be applied under the coupon section at checkout.
Are my points updated in real time?
Please allow up to 48 hours after your purchase for your points to be added to your account. If you don't see your points at that time, just email us at email@example.com and we'll figure it out for you!
Can loyalty points be combined with other sales and promos?
Great question! When you redeem your loyalty points, you'll receive a coupon code that you can enter at checkout in order to redeem it. The cart will only allow one coupon to be applied per order. However, some of our sales consist of automatic discounts applied to products (which don't require a coupon code) and your loyalty coupon code can be used on these orders.
